Report back on the DDA Training Day held on 30th March 2006 ‘Dealing with Service Claims under the DDA’.
Jo Barton and Eddie Scouller were the trainers from the Disability Rights Commission.
The report bassed on the resource pack and the training session covers the following:

- Are you eligible to use the legislation under the DDA?
- What type of discrimination is covered under the DDA?
- Different categories of Less Favourable Treatment
- Insurance as a special case
- What type of reasonable adjustments can I expect a service provider to make?
- When and in what circumstances can a service provider not have to comply with the duty not to discriminate against a disabled person?
